I created Solavida Wellness because I lived through what so many women silently struggle with.

For years, I suffered from relentless bloating—every single time I ate, no matter what it was. I felt like a balloon, uncomfortable in my body and completely drained of energy. I was anxious, depressed, and waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks. I couldn’t think clearly. I was constantly constipated.

And yet, doctors told me nothing was wrong.

So I decided to stop looking for quick fixes and start learning everything I could about how the gut actually works—and how to support it naturally and sustainably.

What I discovered changed everything.
Not just for my digestion, but for my mental health, energy, sleep, and overall well-being.

Now, I help other women do the same.
